WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say a man has been arrested after he sexually abused minors and provided them with alcohol.
Williamsport Police stated that in August 2024, Colin James Best provided a 17 and 16-year-old alcohol and marijuana.
Investigators reported after Best gave the victims alcohol and marijuana to minors, he then took inappropriate photos and videos of them.

Police later found child sexual abuse material on Best's device.
Best has been charged with sexual abuse of children - child sexual abuse material, invasion of privacy, corruption of minors, flourishing alcohol to minors, and other related charges.
