WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Lycoming County man is accused of giving a minor alcohol and drugs in exchange for sex.
Police say 22-year-old Nicholas Peterson, of Williamsport, was arrested on December 23 on multiple charges including Trafficking, Sexual Assault, and Corruption of Minors among other charges.
Officials state that a 14-year-old girl reported that there were multiple instances between May and September of 2024 that Peterson provided her with drugs and alcohol in exchange for sex.

The report shows that the victim informed investigators that Peterson "wanted sexual stuff in return."
Peterson allegedly texted the victim to have her come over his house to pickup the alcohol and marijuana before engaging in sexual acts, according to the release.
Police state that in one of these incidents, the victim refused to engage in a sexual act, but Peterson grabbed her by the throat and forced her to have sex.
Peterson was already detained in the Lycoming County Prison for similar charges will be rearraigned and recommitted to the prison after being denied bail.
