SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police are searching for a man who they say was involved in a Scranton assault that left a man unconscious.
Police say the incident happened in the 500 block of Lackawanna Avenue in the early morning hours of January 5.
According to the Scranton Police Department, officers were called for a man who was assaulted and lying unconscious on the ground.
Three accused of gas station burglary
Investigators say they identified Kenzelle Warren Smith, 30, as one of the suspects in the assault.
An arrest warrant has been issued for Smith for aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.
Anyone with information is asked to call 911 for police assistance.
