(WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) says a major roadway in both Luzerne and Columbia Counties was closed after a tractor-trailer crash on Sunday and has since reopened.
Shortly after 4:00 p.m., PennDOT announced Interstate 80 Westbound is closed, with a detour in place on Route 93, from mile markers 247 to 256, Conyngham/Nescopeck, in Columbia and Luzerne Counties after a multi-tractor-trailer crash.
Vehicle and speed restrictions put in place across NEPA
At around 6:30 p.m., PennDOT says the roadway has since reopened.
