WILKES-BARRE TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Officials say a resident of a senior living facility was pinned by an HVAC system causing them to be hospitalized.
Detective Capparell at the Wilkes-Barre Township Police Department stated the Wilkes-Barre Township Fire Department was called to the Highland Park Senior Living on Schechter Drive around 6:00 p.m. for a missing resident of the facility.
Instacart driver shot while dropping off groceries
Crews searched the area and found the man pinned between the HVAC system and the building. Firefighters said they had to extricate him, and he was sent to the hospital for exposure.
Detective Capparell could not confirm the man's current condition.
