Plunge town is also included at the event where everyone can enjoy music, free food, hot coffee and much more.

Those who participated in the plunge had fun in spite of the frigid temperatures both in and out of the water.

"I mean, the anticipation leading up to jumping in, it's just, it's kind of like adrenalin. You're like, do I really have to do this? And then they all jump in and you are like I guess I got to anyway and you go with them," expressed Jeremy Nichols, Senior, Lakeland High School.

The 2025 Special Olympics polar plunge continues tomorrow from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Montage Mountain.
