LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police stated they arrested a man who allegedly sold fentanyl and crack cocaine across Luzerne County.
In November 2024, Pittston City's Special Investigation Unit and Nanticoke City Police Department started a joint investigation into the drug sales of 55-year-old Cain Knight, of Nanticoke City.
The investigation revealed Knight was selling fentanyl and crack cocaine throughout multiple communities within Luzerne County, according to the Pittston Police Department.

Police said numerous purchases of crack cocaine and fentanyl were made, leading to a search warrant executed for Knight's home and vehicle.
On Thursday, January 30th the search warrant was severed at Knight's residence in the 100 block of East Grand Street, Apartment rear, 2nd floor in Nanticoke. As a result, fentanyl, packaging material, and a 9MM Ruger handgun were seized from inside the apartment.
Knight is charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and person not to possess firearms.
His bail was set at $200,000.
