Snow showers, freezing rain move in overnight

(WBRE/WYOU) — Stay alert for snow-covered roadways Monday morning, especially in the higher elevations. Otherwise, today will be mostly cloudy and mild with highs in the mid 40s. Tonight will remain cloudy with an isolated shower possible.

Lows drop to near 30. 

Tuesday will be partly sunny and breezy. Highs in the mid-30s. Cloud cover will increase by Wednesday, ahead of our next storm system. Most of the daytime should be dry with highs in the lower 30s.

By the evening and overnight, we expect a wintry mix to develop across the area and continue into Thursday. Temperatures by Thursday afternoon reach the mid-40s.

Friday will be drier with a mix of clouds and sun. Highs in the mid-30s.

Another storm system will give us a wintry mix by Saturday with highs in the mid-30s. A flurry or snow shower lingers into Sunday with highs around 40. 

The next storm system might approach our area on Wednesday and Thursday.
