TUNKHANNOCK TWP., WYOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A tractor-trailer driver is being charged with DUI after police say his vehicle got stuck in rocks.
On February 3 around 11:22 pm, Tunkhannock Township Police Department was called for a stuck tractor-trailer at the intersection of State Route 3006 and Virginia Drive.

Through further investigation, officers say they discovered that the driver, Luis Suarez of New Jersey, was driving under the influence of alcohol.
Suarez was arrested and charged with DUI and other related offenses. He was arraigned and taken to the Wyoming County Jail on a $10,000 cash bail.
