LYCOMING COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A Lycoming County man has been charged with the production of child pornography after he allegedly coerced a child online.
According to the U.S. Department of Justice, Christopher Stout, 48, used the internet to persuade and coerce a minor to engage in sexual conduct and to produce child pornography.
Driver charged with DUI after tractor-trailer gets stuck
Stout allegedly received the child pornography in July of 2024 and possessed it in August of 2024.
Stout was indicted on February 4, 2025. He has been charged with the production of child pornography, online enticement, receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography.
