ULSTER TWP., BRADFORD COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police say a search for missing teens led to a man's arrest after he allegedly met with them for "sexual activity."
On October 23, troopers said they were contacted to search for two 14-year-old girls reported missing in Bradford County.
Police say the investigation led them to the missing girls who were with 19-year-old Blake Manning from Laceyville in Ulster Township.
Two found dead, investigation underway
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Manning eventually admitted to meeting up with the victims for "sexual activity" and he had sexually explicit photos of one of the victims.
Manning was arrested and charged for the incident. He was arraigned and taken to Bradford County Correctional Facility on a $100,000 bail.
