KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Irem Shrine Circus will make its return inside the 109th Armory in Kingston.
The circus will be back at the armory after not having it there last year due to renovations.
Scranton Players to present ‘Little Shop of Horrors’
The event has previously been protested throughout the years that it has been held at the Kingston Armory. Activists said animals forced to perform in circuses can be confused and even frightened.
The 74th Irem Shrine Circus will be held on April 21 through April 27.
