Kelpy is accused in two separate incidents overnight 117 miles apart.
State Police at Gettysburg charged Kelpy with felony robbery and theft charges, accusing him of robbing Royal Farms on York Road in Straban Township, Adams County.

Troopers said he was identified and taken into custody "after committing additional crimes in Luzerne County."
There, West Hazleton Police charged Kelpy with felony assault, theft, robbery, and related misdemeanors for a fight and car theft.
This happened around 1:10 a.m. Saturday morning on East Broad Street in the borough.
Police said Kelpy rammed a pickup truck he was trying into the back of a legally parked and occupied sedan.
He then ripped the driver from that sedan, tossed them onto the road, and struck them multiple times, police alleged.
Kelpy, police said, then stole the sedan and ran over the victim. The status of that victim is unknown at this time.
Pittston Township Police located the stolen vehicle and arrested Kelpy who was arraigned Saturday morning. He was committed to Luzerne County Prison, unable to post $150,000 bail.
