Raid leads to drug seized, woman’s arrest

Troopers said surveillance footage caught a vehicle speeding and hitting the victim before fleeing the scene. Additional video from the Saw Creek community showed the vehicle’s New York license plate was visible and linked the car to 37-year-old Vladimir Jonathan Desir of Bushkill, according to state police.

Desir contacted state police, confessed to being the driver, and turned himself in, police say.

The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to contact PSP Blooming Grove at 570-226-5718.
