SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been sentenced to life for a murder in Scranton.
Travis Anthony Lanzo was found guilty of the first-degree murder of David Deshler that happened in Scranton on March 12, 2023.

Lanzo has been sentenced to life for first-degree murder, 20 to 40 years for conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, and three years for the illegal possession of a firearm.
Three other arrests were made in relation to the murder of Deshler. David Gaskins was sentenced to 22 to 48 months for criminal conspiracy engaging in aggravated assault.
Noah Ortiz has been sentenced to 596 days to 48 months for criminal conspiracy engaging in aggravated assault.
