LA PLUME TOWNSHIP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Keystone College will remain accredited, at least for now.
They announced it received the news from its accreditor, the Middle States Commission on higher education, after Keystone met requirements outlining progress toward fixing its financial problems.
The news means Keystone revoked an appeal hearing that was scheduled later this month.

The college can now resume marketing, recruiting, and enrolling students.
It still needs to resolve its financial issues and pending ownership change.
Keystone faces a September 2 deadline to do that.
