WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Police say they arrested a woman after she made threats with a knife against a man working in an apartment building.
According to the Wilkes-Barre City Police Department, on March 7 around 1:00 p.m., officers were called to South Main Street for a disorderly woman.

Once on the scene, officers spoke with the victim who stated while he was working at an apartment building, a 29-year-old woman approached him. The victim claimed that the woman said to him "Do you want to taste my knife?" leading to the victim fleeing the apartment, police stated.
Officers said while speaking with the victim the woman appeared near a window while holding a knife and gesturing for officers to come inside the building.
Police arrested the woman and she was transported to city headquarters for processing.
