VIDEO: RV engulfed in flames in Schuylkill County

COALDALE, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Coaldale firefighters were on the scene for hours at a fire that broke out in an RV Sunday morning.

Officials say the Coaldale Fire Department was called at 11:30 a.m. to the 100 block of East Water Street in Coaldale for a reported fire.

In a video shared with 28/22 News by Channel 1 News, a tower of smoke could be seen pouring out from an RV.

Crews could be seen in the video arriving on scene and working to put out the blaze.

There are no reported injuries at this time and the Coaldale Fire Department was heading the response to the fire.

Chief Steven Polischak with the Coaldale Fire Company told 28/22 News hen on-scene crews found an RV on fire that later extended to an old ambulance.

Chief Polischak says the Pennsylvania State Police is investigating the fire.
