It is part of 98.5 KRZ's "KRZ closet" event at the Marketplace at Steamtown.

For just ten dollars, students can pick through more than 300 new and gently used prom dresses.

All proceeds from the event will go to the NEPA Youth Shelter, which provides services to local kids in need.

"I hope we do this every year. This would be wonderful to do every year. And so thank you to everyone that's done dress donations. If we could get more next year, that'd be awesome, but I think 300 straight out is pretty good. So hopefully, every year we can do this," voiced Lissa Krahnke, 98.5 KRZ Morning Show Host.

The "KRZ closet" prom dress drive takes place this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. at the Marketplace at Steamtown in Scranton. It is located on the second floor just outside of Boscovs.
