HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — State police have charged a man after they say he allegedly raped an 8-year-old girl.
Pennsylvania State Police have charged 31-year-old Dustin Sebo, of Wapwallopen after allegations came out that he sexually assaulted a girl.
An investigation began on April 4 when a complaint was filed through ChildLine. The affidavit stated the victim was questioned at the Luzerne County Children’s Advocacy Center, where she described the assaults.

Sebo faces the following charges:
Rape of a child
Involuntary deviate sexual intercourse
Sexual assault
Indecent assault
Corruption of minors
Indecent exposure
Sebo was taken to the Luzerne County Correctional Facility and was denied bail.
