Man charged with rape of 8-year-old
Police say on April 4, an undercover agent arranged a meeting at a store in Whitehall, Lehigh County, to deliver the replica contraband to Wren that he planned on bringing into the prison. Court records indicate Wren believed he was purchasing 30 films of Buprenorphine, commonly known as Suboxone, and 100 sheets of paper saturated with synthetic cannabinoids.
According to court documents, when Wren received the drugs and cash from the undercover agent, he was then placed under arrest.
Wren has been charged with manufacture, delivery, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, contraband/controlled substance, and other related charges.
