MAHANOY TOWNSHIP, SCHUYLKILL COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Crews were called to a motorcycle crash that left one person injured Monday night in Schuylkill County.
Authorities tell 28/22 News the Mahanoy City Fire Department was called to the area of PA State Route 54 and Interstate 81 for a reported motorcycle crash at about 9:45 p.m.
Officials say one person was injured, but could not tell 28/22 News the extent of their injuries or what caused the crash.

The Interstate 81 Northbound Exit 131A to PA 54 East, Hometown, was closed shortly after the crash and has since reopened.
Pennsylvania State Police Frackville were also called to the scene, officials say.
