Rhianna Kupetc made that winning peace of art and says it is for her mother.
"Its a panting I made of my mom in the kitchen, and she grows her own vegetables so she grows her own potatoes, she grows her own everything and she found a heart shaped potato in the garden and was showing it off one day and I thought it would be really cute to capture that and I just thought it was a nice Pennsylvania moment," explained Kupetec.
Rhianna's art work will now head to Washington D.C. to be featured in the the U.S. Capitol.
