PLYMOUTH, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A Plymouth woman is facing charges tonight in death of a Shavertown man.
Amy Rowan was arraigned this afternoon on charges in the drug delivery death of Vyacheslav Polushkin. Police say they found Poluskhin's body during a welfare check back in march.
Their investigation led them to rowan who they say delivered meth and fentanyl to the victim.
"We believe that through the examination of telephone forensic examination conducted by our officers revealed the connection between drugs and the overdose with the victim," said Chief Gerald Williams, Jackson Township Police.
Rowan is locked up tonight and will have a hearing later this month.
