DUNMORE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Families with adventurous moms took the special lady in their lives for a ride on the wild side. A parade of jeeps descended on Lost Trails ATV Adventure Park in Dunmore.
The site teamed up with multiple Facebook groups to host the Mother's Day-themed event.
Riders drove jeeps to take their mothers, wives, and other family members and friends for an adventurous trip on the trails.

"We pride ourselves on getting our families together off the trails so that this way we can disconnect and spend quality family time together," Mother's Day Ride Guide and Girls Play Off-Road Representative Jaimee Stecker-Betts said.
"Basically, we were just looking for something to do on Mother's Day to try to get the moms and wives out involved, you know, instead of just going to a normal brunch, you know, give them something fun to do," Genesis Jeep Coalition President Ricky Cottell told 28/22 News.
This marks the third year for the Mother's Day off-road riding event in Lackawanna County.
