STROUD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A UPS facility in northeastern Pennsylvania will close permanently on Friday.
The UPS facility in Stroud Township, Monroe County's customer center was closed last june, but now the facility itself as a distribution hub for the area will be shut down also.
Lackawanna County animal shelter unveils new recovery room
This is part of a nationwide reconfiguration.
Residents can still use UPS local access points and business partners in Stroudsburg, Bartonsville, and Tannersville, as well as the UPS store in East Stroudsburg.
