"Today is our transition program. It's for high school students who have visual impairments to help prepare them for life after they graduate, whether it be going off to college or finding a job after school, the program is helping to gear them to build skills so that they'll be successful later on," Northeast Site Services Director of Vision Resources and Programs Kristen Lilly stated.
From this session, they headed to Boscovs to learn about dressing professionally for a job and then to lunch at rodano's for a session on dining out independently.
