Cool temps may prompt bringing that spring jacket back out

(WBRE/WYOU)— Temperatures will take a dive this week as a cold front and rain move through NEPA starting Monday.

We finish off the weekend with cloudy skies and a slight chance of late day showers.

High pressure takes control for Monday and Tuesday, before another area of low-pressure spreads showers back into the region for Wednesday.

Unsettled weather sticks around for the rest of the week with below average temperatures.

For Sunday you can expect mostly cloudy skies, It will be breezy with a chance of a late day shower with highs in the mid 60's. Tonight could see a stray shower early then becoming partly cloudy and breezy with lows in the upper 40's.

Monday will see sunny skies with some breezy winds and highs in the mid 60's.

Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60's.

Wednesday brings some grey skies and scattered showers around with highs near 60.

Thursday is more of the same as it will be mostly cloudy with scattered showers and highs near 60.

Friday will be mostly cloudy with a chance of scattered showers and highs in the low 60's.

Saturday brings back some sun and highs in the mid 60's just in time for Memorial Day weekend.
