LARKSVILLE, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — If you think big business is just for grown-ups, think again. Some young local entrepreneurs are proving that age is just a number when it comes to creativity, confidence, and cash flow.
Kids took charge on Saturday at a Children's Business Fair at High Point Baptist Church in Larksville.
Visitors checked out 15 different booths to shop for handmade crafts, grab a walking taco, or even build a birdhouse.

These young vendors gain hands-on experience in the business world, learning everything from how to price a product to making a sale.
"When I was younger, I really wanted to actually make my own business with wood, so this is just the perfect thing," Harveys Lake resident Timothy Tarr told 28/22 News.
"It's a great, interactive, hands-on, educational opportunity for them, and to see a fair completely run by kids, I mean, it's wonderful," Melody Tarr from Harveys Lake said.
This marked the Second Annual Children's Business Fair in Larksville.
