Crews called back to Plymouth Township fire

PLYMOUTH TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Crews were called to a rekindling of a house fire that happened early Tuesday morning.

Firefighters were sent to 425 Curry Hill Road for a house fire around 3:30 a.m. They were called back around 9:10 a.m. when the fire reignited.

Victim in fatal crash identified as local councilman

Black smoke could be seen billowing from the area for miles as firefighters worked to put out the fire.

According to Plymouth Fire Department Chief Josh Evans, there were no injuries.

Curry Hill Road was closed as crews worked in the area.
