(WBRE/WYOU) — The Pennsylvania State Police released the details of their Memorial Day weekend enforcement, including 756 crashes and 519 DUIs.
During the four-day enforcement period, May 23 to 26, state police investigated 756 crashes that led to 140 injuries and five deaths.

Police reported 519 DUI arrests, with 57 DUI-related crashes, and two DUI-related fatal crashes.
There were also 7,033 speeding citations given out, as well as 166 child seat citations.
While crashes, fatalities, and speeding citations were all down from 2024, DUI arrests and DUI-related crashes were both up 14% and 43%, respectively.
