"It seems like it brings all the families together, and these people have been doing this for so long, it's such a tradition, and the community comes over and gets familiar with the church and their cuisine, and it's all great stuff," Danny Kauffman from West Scranton told 28/22 News.

"To me, this is part of my culture, my heritage. I grew up in a Greek household, and it's wonderful to share the traditions of that food with everyone," Festival Coordinator Alex Molfetas said.

Guests can either dine in or pre-order takeout.

The Greek Food Fest runs now through Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
