LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A heads-up for drivers in Luzerne County: PennDOT says rolling slowdowns are coming to Interstate 81 on Thursday.
They'll be in both directions between exit 155 for the Dorrance and exit 159 for Nuangola.

The work starts at 7:00 a.m. and will last throughout the day as crews pull wires across the highway.
