COAL TOWNSHIP, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Four people were displaced after a fiery Coal Township house fire early Saturday morning, authorities told 28/22 News.
Officials say crews were called to the intersection of State Route 2026 and Fidler Green Road for a house fire at about 1:20 a.m. Saturday.
The Coal Township Fire Department responded to the second alarm fire along with crews from Ralpho Township, Elysburg, East Cameron, Shamokin, Kulpmont, and Atlas, authorities say.

Initially, officials told 28/22 News there were reports of an entrapment, but everyone was able to get out of the house.
According to officials, four people were displaced after the blaze, including three adults and one juvenile, and are getting help from the Red Cross.
Authorities say no one was injured in the fire, but the residents were taken to a hospital nearby for evaluation.
Crews began to wrap up at 4:00 a.m. Saturday morning, officials explained.
