BLAKELY, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been sentenced to up to 52 years in prison after being found guilty of indecent assault and possession of child pornography.
According to the Lackawanna County District Attorney's Office, 67-year-old Keith Dodgson of Blakley was found guilty of sexually assaulting a 38-year-old with a mental disability.

According to the DA, while investigating the assault, police found 88 files of child pornography.
"Sexually assaulting a person with a mental disability is a predatory act that exploits the most vulnerable among us. These victims deserve not only our protection, but the full force of justice," said District Attorney Brian Gallagher.
Dodgson was sentenced to 25 to 50 years for the child pornography charges, as well as 12 to 24 months in prison for the indecent assault charge.
