DALLAS, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A man has been charged with child pornography after police say an investigation began after responding to a cyber tip.
According to police, 22-year-old Daniel Dudick of Dallas had child porn on his phone when police responded to a cybertip on June 24 at Dudick's residence.

Officers say Dudick used a social media platform to share, trade images and videos of child sexual abuse materials, along with having them downloaded on his phone.
Dudick is being held at the Luzerne County prison and was denied bail. His preliminary hearing is scheduled for July 8.
