SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Several roads around the Lackawanna Courthouse Square will be closed for the Scrantastic Spectacular on Thursday evening.
Power returns to Downtown Wilkes-Barre
The following streets will have closures during the event:
North Washington Avenue from Center Street to Mulberry Street
Adams Avenue through Courthouse Square
Linden Street from Wyoming Avenue through Courthouse Square
Biden Street from North Washington Avenue through Jefferson Avenue
Scranton Police Department
The road closures will begin at 4:00 p.m.
