Outage affecting over 2,000 people across several counties

(WBRE/WYOU)— PPL is reporting that thousands are without power across multiple counties including the Poconos.
Over 2,300 people are currently in the dark.
The cause of the outage is unclear at this time.
PPL estimates the power will be back on for those people around 6:30 a.m.
