EXETER, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Two local businesses are feeling the impact of a car crash, one day after it happened. 28/22 News checked out progress being made on Sunday at the building that houses Closet Clothes Outs and Dollar General in Exeter.
A UGI crew was busy making repairs to a gas line, and contractors were fixing a hole in a side wall that a driver hit early Saturday morning.

A building inspector posted a sign on the building indicating it's still unsafe for occupancy.
Police blame the crash on a medical condition suffered by the driver.
Dollar General was able to reopen on Sunday, but Closet Clothes Outs remains closed, and there is no word at this time on when it will reopen.
