(WBRE/WYOU)— Friday is a Weather Alert day because of the heat and chance of a stronger storm.
Friday's highs will range between 85 and 90 and when you factor in the humidity, it will feel like it's in the lower and middle 90s during the afternoon.
As a weak cold front approaches Pennsylvania, an afternoon shower or thunderstorm is possible.
A couple of these storms have the potential to be strong. Tropical downpours are the main threat with gusty winds the secondary threat.
As the aforementioned front slides south, it will allow slightly less humid air to return to the area on Saturday.
However, it will still be warm with afternoon temperatures in the middle and upper 80s. There is a small chance of an isolated shower or thunderstorm later in the day.
There is a better chance of showers and thunderstorms Saturday night and Sunday. In turn, Sunday will be less hot but still humid with High temperatures being in the lower and middle 80s.

Monday looks sunny, dry and warm. You can expect highs to be in the middle and upper 80s.
Another front will move across the Northeast on Tuesday with the chance of a shower or thunderstorm. Tuesday's highs will be near 90.
Slightly cooler air will follow for Wednesday with highs in the lower and middle 80s.
The next potent cold front will get here Wednesday night or Thursday with the chance of some rain. Thursday's highs will be in the 70s.
