COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— A morning crash involving two buses slowed down traffic along Interstate 380 (I-380) Southbound Saturday morning.
According to Trooper Anthony Petroski, troopers were called just before 9:00 a.m. to mile marker 10.1 on I-380 Southbound for a report of a crash.
When troopers arrived on-scene, they found that the crash involved a tour style bus and a short school bus.
Lane restrictions to cause backup on Route 11
Petroski says that none of the 40 passengers on the tour bus sustained injuries from the crash.
Troopers say that there were approximately three adult passengers on the school bus. There were several serious injuries.
The school bus sustained damage to the front, side, and top of the vehicle.

Pennsylvania State Police say that the investigation is still ongoing, and updated information will be released as to not jeopardize the integrity of the investigation.
