MOUNTAIN TOP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — It's not every day you get to see animatronic dinosaurs, but that's what lots of families got to see on Sunday in Mountain Top.
The parking lot at Malacari's Ice Cream and Mini-golf turned into a sight from the Jurassic period. Visitors were able to get up close with these creatures of the past.
Triceratops, T-Rexes, and a stegosaurus visited Mountain Top for the first time.
Those brave enough to get close were able to watch the animatronics move right in front of them.
While many may find dinosaurs frightening, it's what makes it other people's favorite thing about these beasts.
"Their teeth are really sharp, and they're really cool. Especially the blue one. He's actually a gray velociraptor with a blue stripe going down him," Dallas resident Graesyn Green said.
The dinosaurs travel with I Heart Cookies, a deep-dish cookie business started by four friends in Kansas.
All you have to do is satisfy your sweet tooth to see the dinos.

"So, that is how we make our money, that's how we're able to do all of this, you just have to buy a cookie per person, and they're five dollars each. They're big cookies and very tasty as well," Virgil Stewart with I Heart Cookies said.
The exhibit also featured photo opportunities inside giant dinosaur eggs and a fossil dig pit for kids to unearth bones.
Many families took advantage of the event and stopped by to see this spectacle.
"It's awesome, especially in this area, give us something to do, give us something worthwhile. I mean, it's five bucks to enter, and you get a little bit of fun. Bring the family out, get everyone together, why not? It's good for the business, good for the community," Jayden Kirkpatrick from Ashley explained.
The event drew a big crowd, and organizers who are bringing this attraction across the commonwealth say they're happy with Pennsylvanians' reactions.
"It's been good. Kids love it, always, but adults love dinosaurs too. Y'all have been treating us well," Stewart added.
I Heart Cookies is bringing their dino-tour to Mavis Discount Tire on West Front Street in Berwick on Monday from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.
