$1M won off $20 lottery scratch-off ticket in Pa.

SIMPSON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A lucky lottery player has won $1 million off a $20 scratch-off ticket in Pennsylvania.

According to the Pennsylvania Lottery, a retailer in Lackawanna County sold a $1 million-winning All Cash Scratch-Off. All Cash is a $20 game that offers top prizes of $1 million.

Beer Express on Main Street in Simpson will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

Scratch-Off prizes expire one year from the game's end-sale date posted. Winners should immediately sign the back of their ticket and call the Lottery at 1-800-692-7481.

Scratch-Offs are distributed at random, meaning the Pennsylvania Lottery and its retailers do not know where winning tickets will be sold.
