KINGSTON, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Locals in Luzerne County were looking to cool off on Tuesday as it felt like triple digits out there. Dozens were getting in on the fun at the Kingston Community Pool.
Families were soaking up the sun and making a splash as we entered our second day of hot temps.
The pool offers a splash pad, slides, and a concession stand.

"Especially for your little ones, I like the kid area because I could just sit here with my little one and see him on the wall, climbing," Ashley Maslowski from Plains Township said.
"I'm not a summer person, but I like to come to a pool because I get to splash people," Wilkes-Barre resident Gabriel Reyes explained.
The Kingston pool is open Monday through saturday, 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., and Sunday from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
