HAZLE TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Luzerne County Coroner has identified the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash.
According to the coroner, 37-year-old Heath Houseknecht of West Hazleton was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in Hazle Township at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Two-vehicle crash sends SUV into building
The coroner said they were called to a crash involving a motorcycle and a truck on North Church Street and Pardeesville Road in Hazle Township around 7:00 a.m. Tuesday.
The coroner reported that Houseknecht, who was the driver of the motorcycle, was not wearing a helmet.
The crash is being investigated by PSP Hazleton.
