SHAMOKIN, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — Emergency responders were on the scene of a two-vehicle crash into a building Tuesday morning.
Crews were called to the 700 block of Bear Valley Avenue on Route 125 in Shamokin for a two-vehicle crash around 11:00 a.m.

Shamokin Police Chief Raymond Siko tells 28/22 News that a person in a black Chevrolet was trapped in his car and was sent to Geisinger Danville for his injuries.
Two people were in the other vehicle. Chief Siko stated the driver was sent to the hospital while the passenger ran because he had active warrants. Shamokin Police are currently looking for him.
The building, which is used for storage for AG Towing, has extensive damage.
Information is limited on how the collision occurred and the extent of the drivers injuries.
