Weather Alert: Heat advisories in effect for most of Pa.

28/22 News — Heat advisories remain in effect for a majority of northeast and central Pennsylvania through Wednesday evening.

Hot and humid conditions continue Wednesday with highs in the lower and mid 90s. Combined with the high humidity, heat indices may reach between 95-105 at times!

Be sure to take frequent breaks if you have to be outdoors for an extended period of time!

Wednesday afternoon and evening with an approaching cold front.

A storm or two may become stronger with gusty winds.

Additional showers and storms are expected on Thursday before high pressure builds in towards the weekend.

By the end of the week, temperatures will turn much cooler, and we'll enjoy a drop in the humidity!
