(WBRE/WYOU) — Authorities reported that a man missing in Moosic was found dead in Luzerne County on Tuesday.
Luzerne County District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce and Lackawanna County District Attorney Brian Gallagher have released information regarding an investigation that began in Moosic and ended in Dupont.
On Saturday, July 26, the Moosic Borough Police Department began searching for 23-year-old Nicholas Terrery, who was last seen at his home.

On Tuesday, July 29, Luzerne County Detectives received a report of a body in a wooded area off Navy Way Road in Dupont on Wilkes-Barre/Scranton International Airport property.
Luzerne County Coroner Dion Fernandes confirmed the identity of the body as Terrery.
Authorities noted that the investigation did not reveal signs of foul play, and the cause of death was not suspicious.
