STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU)— Stroud Area Regional Police Department have reissued two felony warrants for a man who allegedly caused a crash while drinking and driving back in February and allegedly assaulted and strangled a man back in May
Stroud Area Regional Police Department issued another warrant after Justin Kolendowicz allegedly assaulted a man by hitting him on the head with an object, choking, and throwing items at him back in May in East Stroudsburg.
In a separate incident, police say that they were dispatched to a crash with rollover and ejection just after 4:30 p.m. on February 6 at the intersection of McConnell Street and North 3rd Street in Stroudsburg Borough.

Upon arrival, police found a Chevy Equinox rolled over against the sidewalk with the driver, Kolendowicz pinned under the back of the vehicle after having been ejected.
Officials say a female passenger was also found several feet away from the vehicle after being ejected.
Police stated that a power line was severely damaged, and a live power line came down and caused a fire that caused thousands of dollars in damage to a nearby structure.
After investigation of the crash, it was found that Kolendowicz and the woman he was driving with were "hanging out" and "driving around" drinking alcohol together throughout the day.
Kolendowicz was speeding on McConnell Street and as he approached the intersection of 3rd Street, he failed to stop for the red light, colliding with another vehicle causing that one to rollover, according to the release.
Both occupants of the vehicle including Kolendowicz suffered serious injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
Police say Kolendowicz BAC was found to be a .18%, and as a result of the crash,, charges have been filed and warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Kolendowicz is being charged with felony counts of Aggravated Assault With a Vehicle While Under the Influence, Causing or Risking Catastrophe, and Aggravated Assault by Vehicle among other charges.
