SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — The Lackawanna County District Attorney announced a jury has found a "long-time drug dealer" guilty on various drug trafficking charges.
A jury has found Junior Rashean Jackson, of Scranton, guilty on the following charges after a two-day trial:
Possession with intent to deliver fentanyl
Possession with intent to deliver cocaine
Possession of fentanyl
Possession of cocaine
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Tenor Health Foundation to purchase three Commonwealth Health medical facilities
During the investigation, detectives stated they executed a search warrant at a Scranton hotel room rented by Jackson to distribute drugs.
The search seized 14 grams of fentanyl and 13 grams of cocaine as well as cash and various tools used in drug distribution.
Jackson faces a maximum sentence of 57 years in state prison, fines totaling $752,500, and supervised release.
